Accuracy of Information The student confirms that all personal, academic, and identification information provided through this application is accurate, complete, truthful, and fully consistent with the official documents submitted. Any discrepancy, inconsistency, missing information, or incorrect data may result in delays, rejection, or cancellation of the application without any responsibility on Medicine21 or EMRC21.
  2. Student Responsibility The student bears full and sole responsibility for all information submitted during the application process. Medicine21 and EMRC21 shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, incorrect entries, or misleading information provided by the student, whether intentional or unintentional, at any stage of the application.
  3. Intermediary Role Medicine21 and EMRC21 operate strictly as intermediaries facilitating communication between students and medical universities. They do not represent universities, do not issue admission decisions, and have no authority to influence academic evaluations, acceptance outcomes, or internal university regulations.
  4. No Admission Guarantee Submission of this application does not constitute an admission offer nor guarantee acceptance into any university, faculty, or academic program. Final admission decisions are made solely by the universities based on their internal criteria, regulations, and evaluation processes.
  5. Official Documentation All documents uploaded by the student must be official, valid, clearly readable, and issued by recognized authorities. Incomplete, unclear, expired, or unofficial documents may result in application rejection or processing delays without any obligation on Medicine21 to request replacements.
  6. Document Translation The student is fully responsible for providing certified translations of documents if required by the destination university or country. Medicine21 and EMRC21 are not responsible for translation accuracy, acceptance, or delays caused by missing or incorrect translations.
  7. Application Review Period Application review typically takes up to two working days. However, this period may be extended due to incomplete submissions, additional verification requirements, high application volume, or delays imposed by universities or third-party authorities.
  8. Registration and Processing Fees All registration and processing fees are strictly non-refundable once the application review process has commenced, regardless of the final admission outcome or the student’s decision to withdraw from the process.
  9. Payment Deadline Upon approval of the application, the student must complete the required registration payment within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete payment within this period may result in automatic application cancellation without prior notice.
  10. Application Cancellation Medicine21 reserves the right to cancel or suspend any application that violates these terms, contains fraudulent information, or fails to meet documentation or payment requirements, without incurring any legal or financial liability.
  11. Communication Policy All official communication, notifications, and updates related to the application process will be conducted exclusively via the email address provided by the student. The student is responsible for regularly checking their inbox and spam folder.
  12. Fraud Prevention Any attempt to submit forged, altered, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate rejection of the application and may lead to permanent suspension from using Medicine21 services without refund.
  13. Third-Party Decisions Medicine21 and EMRC21 are not responsible for decisions, delays, or rejections made by universities, embassies, credential evaluation bodies, or any external institutions involved in the admission process.
  14. Admission Timelines Admission timelines vary depending on the university, country, academic program, and time of year. Medicine21 does not guarantee specific processing durations or acceptance timelines.
  15. Data Usage and Storage All personal data and uploaded documents are collected, stored securely, and processed strictly for academic admission and related administrative purposes in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
  16. Status Updates Application status updates reflect the most recent information available at the time. Delays in status changes may occur due to external verification processes beyond the control of Medicine21.
  17. Service Limitations Medicine21 does not provide legal, immigration, or visa advisory services unless explicitly stated. Students are solely responsible for fulfilling visa and immigration requirements independently.
  18. Modification of Terms Medicine21 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  19. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall Medicine21 or EMRC21 be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from application outcomes, delays, or university decisions.
  20. Final Acknowledgment By proceeding with this application, the student confirms full understanding, acceptance, and agreement to all the above terms and conditions and acknowledges that they are legally binding.
