Addis Ababa University (AAU) is the oldest and most prestigious university in Ethiopia. Its College of Health Sciences and School of Medicine are internationally recognized and listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS), supporting ECFMG-related pathways and global recognition.
